Highlights
- National Maintenance Agreements (NMAs) are “evergreen” agreements which remain in effect until a party takes formal action to terminate.
- Can be terminated by either party, (Employer/Contractor or International Union/Craft).
- Employers and International Unions agree to any revisions that are formally agreed to by the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee, Inc. (NMAPC, Inc.).
Policy Decisions
